Study on the Effects of Demographic Variables on Knowledge emploee Professional commitment
Professional commitment is a professional attitude of staff, reflects the psychological link between the organization and staff, affects staff‘s job attitude and performance directly or indirectly. Using a sample of 278 subjects drawn from enterprises’ R & D, professional commitment and some demographic variables were questionnaired. The findings suggest that gender, age, education, position, and tenure play role in knowledgement staffs’ professional commitment. The management implications are discussed.
