The Factors Analysis of Patent information resource allocation Based on fish-bone diagram and AHP Method

摘要：

In view of the use of the enterprises patent information and on the analysis of the influence factors of patent information resources allocation for the basis, through the fishbone diagram AHP based on method, the paper convert the fishbone diagram into hierarchical structure model, structure judge matrix, calculate the importance of various factors relative to the target weight, through total sorting help enterprise more clearly grasp the key factors, and put forward suggestions for the patent information resource allocation.
