Evaluation of the Public Affairs Administration Performance by six province in middle region based on the DEA model

摘要：

On the base of building public administration performance evaluation index system, the paper evaluates the public affairs administration performance by six provinces in middle region from year 1998 to 2008 based on CCR model and Malmquist index. The result indicated that the productivity of the public affairs administration performance by six provinces in middle region are the drop, mainly results from the dropping of the technical level; The major reason why Henan province and Hunan province is non-DEA effective is decreasing returns to scale. The paper also provides the non-effective unit because of investment redundancy and insufficient output with the corrective measure and the suggestion.
