Open-ended Employment Contract,Stability of Labour Relation and Competitive Strategy
Facing content of open-ended employment contract in the law of contract, companies took elusive behaviors which broke labour relations stability. Some scholars criticized the laws flaws for this negative phenomenon, and doubted its pratical roles in labour relation. Aiming at testing , this paper demonstrated that regulation constrained elusive behavior and stabilized labour relation by Eview 6.0 to establish linear regression equations. It also took the relationship of stable labour relation and competitive strategy into further consideration from viewpoint of enterprise behavior, and made a conclusion that changes in labour cost competitive strategy are the basic means to stabilize labour relation.
