Research on Intellectual Property Rights Strategy of Chinese Enterprises in Technology Transfering to ASEAN

摘要：

China has the comparative advantage in science technology and IPR with ASEAN countries, while ASEAN countries have obvious advantage in resource, so Chinese technological advantage and ASEAN countries’ resource advantage are supplementary each other, and have apparent complementarity. So developing ASEAN markets by the way of technology transfer and sufficiently utilizing its resources have become a hot topic at present. In view of this, this paper, at the basic of defining the meaning of technology and from the perspective of IPR, studies the common problems and puts forward IPR strategy of Chinese enterprises in technology transfer to ASEAN.
