Management of the civil servants’ occupational career planning in a new viewpoint of public official manage

摘要：

The new public management theory is the theoretic foundation of the contemporary public administration reform. Because the public management and the business enterprise management have universality, it considered that some abstract things of public management could be drawn lessons from business enterprise management. The occupation career planning is just one of these contents. It is beneficial to development of civil servant and improvement of human resource management leading the occupation careers into public management section and carry on an occupation career planning to the public official.
