A Scheme of WDM-Semi-PON to Realize Broadcast Function by Using Cross-Gain Modulation

摘要：

We have designed Semi-Passive Optical Distribution Network that can successfully realize broadcast function. This scheme eliminates deployment of lasers in ONU and restriction on the downstream ER in WDM-PON based on RSOA. Numerical results show that the performance of whole system utilizing high ER NRZ signals will be greatly improved.
