Two-Mode Semiconductor Laser for mm-Wave in 100 km Radio over Fiber Transmission

摘要：

We investigate a 170 GHz mm-wave source using dual-mode Fabry-Perot laser. The dual beating mode can be directly modulated at 2.5 Gb/s NRZ format under 100 km fiber transmission.
