Design and Fabrication of SU-8 array waveguide gratings using multimode interference couplers

摘要：

A 4-channel SU-8 array waveguide grating (AWG) demultiplexer using multimode interference couplers has been designed and fabricated. The channel spacing is 500GHz and the crosstalk between adjacent channels is about 12 dB.
