Photonic Millimeter-wave Signal Generation and Distribution Using Differential Mach-Zehnder Modulator (DMZM) and SOA

摘要：

A scheme of photonic millimeter-wave (mm-wave) signal generation and distribution using a DMZM and an SOA has been proposed and optimized via simulation. A study on the effect of the input optical signal and the SOA on the performance of the proposed system is presented in detail.
