A Study on Implementation and Industrialization of Patent in Chinese Universities

摘要：

The performance and industrializing condition of patent in the college is analyzed, the reason of gap between the number of patent license in universities and the rate of industrialization is dissected, and countermeasures to promote the implementation and industrialization are proposed , by th data analysis and logic reasoning. counterruasuresinclude: positioning the status of college in the period of the implementation and industrialization accurately, improving the quality of the patents, setting up the bases, perfecting patent industrialization service agencies, strengthening cooperation among industries, universities and research institutes and the patent law.
