The management of working-day claim for project construction in FIDIC construction contract condition is an important part of project management. This paper clarifies reason, content, analytic method about working-day claim in FIDIC construction contract condition, and analyzes quantitative problem about working-day claim, then advances proposal to improve the management of working-day claim.
