Research on Linearization of Active Phased Array Transceiver Components
in the future, linear components will be of great use in radar systems. In this paper, the Feed-forward principle, design specifications and design of the relationship between variables are analyzed. Establish PHDs model of a component of the emission channel by the way of signal extraction with a nonlinear vector network ,and then design a linear feed-forward circuit Finally, simulate with ADS. The simulation results show that the output spectrum of the third-order inter-modulation significantly inhibited and the waveform distortion of the marked improvement, Advantages of bandwidth, stability and consistency are obvious.
