Quzhou Abstract:The articles has studied Effects of different Semifinished materials thickness to the irregular can hydraulic expansion bulging forming process,has analyzed the irregular can model and the cutting grid rule.Obtains the irregular can thickness change rule that formability have certain sector scope and the forming technological parameter needs to make the suitable change after thickness surpasses certain sector.Elaborated the irregular can attenuation rate has a Stable range value with the completely situation,the equivalent stress size change does not increase along with thickness inverse proportion.
