Filtration of Characteristic Finite Strip and Research on Characteristic Agent Model

The deforming mechanism of cold curved steel is very complicated, the relation between deforming force exerted and steel band cant descript by simple function. Though spline finite strip theory threw away the factor of portrait deformation dimension, elide a great deal of redundancy data processing compare to finite element method, but still exist a great deal of redundancy data in deforming process analysis. The existence way and manifestation of those redundancy data is different, and may change with the variety of time or logic probably. These redundancy data influence the speed and precision of information process directly. The better method of solving redundancy data is looking for the factors which has main function in the deforming process of steel band, because can put the research point in main factors of deformation, but other factors can consider less. Research the characteristic of transaction information conformation can throw away redundancy data. So characteristic finite strip method can solve the redundancy data problem of cold curved deformation from the theories. Import characteristic Agent will make the refined data intelligence, guide the intelligence of pass design consequently.
