FEATURES FINITE-ELEMENT SIMULATION OF THE DEFORMATION EXACT MASS RAILWAY WHEEL BILLETS

摘要：

At present, the methods of finite-element simulation are widely used for analysis of processes of deformation of billets of railway wheels. However, the problem of estimation the accuracy of the simulation results and their consistency with the data of experimental researches of the processes of stamping and rolling wheels billet wasn’t covered in the technical literature. It is binding the using the exact mass source billets in the modern technologies of manufacturing of wheels, used at the worlds leading producers of wheels.
