Research on the preparation of hollow ceramic microspheres(HCMs) based on the main reaction system of Al + Cr2O3
In order to improve the preparation technology of hollow ceramic microspheres(HCMs), HCMs were prepared by self-reactive flame quenching technology based on the main reaction system of Al+Cr2O3. The results show that: the products are composed of two types of particles which are sphericity and analogue sphericity. The size of the sphericity particles is between 40-60μm, and most of the sphericity particles have hollow structure. So the HCMs can be prepared successfully by self-reactive flame quenching technology based on the main system of Al+Cr2O3.
