Development of multi-roll permanent magnetic separator
It is very important to develope a multi-roll permanent magnetic separator for purification of industrial waste residue and removal of iron minerals by weak magnetic separation. The multi-roll permanent magnetic separator can achieve separation of different magnetic minerals and sort a kind of magnetic mineral many times. It satisfies the controllability and modularization of fine material separation and greatly broadens the application of permanent magnetic separator. Meanwhile microwave processing device is also introduced to the permanent magnetic separator to prevent mineral minerals from congregating duo to humidity. The device does not only overcome the existing roller magnetic separator with two-tandem complicated separation process, also solve the difficult separation of fine materials and other shortcomings. The furnace slag separation experiments shows that the structural design of the separator is reasonable and separation effect is good. The furnace slag by magnetic separation meets recycling requirement of industrialization.
