Certain Environmental Legal Liability of Enterprise The Initially Search of the Enterprise Environmental Protection Rating System
the economic development, the environment is severely destroyed, and people pay more attention to the environmental protection increasingly. As the main force of economic development, the enterprise is duty-bound to protect environment. However, in reality, the enterprises often shirk the environmental protection responsibility for their own economic interest. Whats more, they even destroy the environment. Therefore, how to oblige the enterprise to undertake the due obligations of environmental protection becomes a very important problem. Establishing the enterprise environmental protection rating system is one of the effective ways to solve this problem. Combining the legal realistic situation with the practical realistic situation of our country, we find this way to carry on the supplement to the existing environmental protection system, and to make sure supervising the enterprise fully and requesting the enterprise to strictly carry out obligations of their own environmental protection duty. Whats more it also can facilitate the enterprise development and make the environmental protection win-win situation coming true.
