Studies on the Pyrolysis Properties of Waste Tire
Based on the experimental study of waste tires through small-scale batch pyrolysis, the main problem of the scrap rubber processing was pointed out, and then the feasibility analysis and research ideas of waste tires pyrolysis were preliminarily studied. In this small batch laboratory scale using tubular pyrolysis furnace, the pyrolysis process of waste tires was preliminarily studied. The results showed that the thermal stability of the tire rubber under the hypoxic conditions was divided into 20℃ to 300℃, 300℃ to 600℃ and 600℃ above three regions. As the temperature increased, the output of solid residues declined and the output of gas increased, at the same time the composition and content of pyrolysis products were changed.
