The Industrial Policies Analysis of the Precious-Metals Recycling in China

摘要：

The yielded quantity of precious-metals (PMS) is far more than the geological reserves in the world. The proper and high efficiency recycling of PMS which have been used in industry and lives except jewelry can meet the primary demand of PMS in the several future decades for human beings. In this paper, the industrial policies of PMS recycling in China have been multi-analyzed, the existing problems such as environmental protection, resource utilization ratio, laws and regulations and misunderstanding about the recycling of PMS have been presented, and the solution about above problems has been put forwarded, that is coordinating the harmless disposition and recycling utilize of PMS wastes, enhancing the technological development, completing the laws and regulations, strengthening international cooperation.
