A Technological Progress on Kitchen Waste Disposal of Disinfection and Desaltification
Kitchen waste as kind of urban solid residues, containing high crude cellulose and abundant of protein and fat, is a resource of feedstuff or compost. In this paper, the problems of comprehensive utilizations of kitchen wastes are studied, mainly including the safety of feedstuff from the wastes and the negative result of the high-salted in the compost. An effective integrated technique, including pre-disposal of collection, deodorization, transportation, and storage, especially disinfection and desaltification, is developed to improve the efficiency of treatment of kitchen waste and the quality of feedstuff.
