Recovery of Materials from Waste Tin-Plated Wire and Cable by Vacuum Pyrolysis-Centrifugation Coupling Technology
Vacuum pyrolysis-centrifugation coupling technology was investigated for separating and recovering materials from waste tin-plated wire and cable. Waste tin-plated wire and cable was pyrolysed under vacuum condition, and simultaneously the molten tin was separated and recovered in the pyrolysis process by the centrifugal method. After experiment, copper wire, pyrolysis oil and gas, and pyrolysis residue (including both charcoal and tin) were obtained. The pyrolysis oil can be used for fuel or chemical feedstock for further processing, and the pyrolysis gas can be collected and recycled.
