Fund Research on the Processing of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
In 2011, “the Fund for processing waste electrical and electronic equipment will be collected in China. This paper investigates the fund and suggests that it should have the characteristics of public environmental funds, governmental funds with unified management, and special fund management industry. This paper evaluates the equipments such as televisions, washing machines, refrigerators, home air conditioners, computers, printers, copiers, mobile phones and other electronic equipments according to their influence on the environment, the difficulty of waste disposed, and some other factors. At last, a basic framework of the fund was given.
