Influence of Components and Additives on Caloric Value and Compressive Strength of Sewage Sludge Briquette

It choosed coal powder, Dagu river sludge, waste plastics and additives as influencing factors, arranged experiment according to U6 *(64) uniform table. Then by standardizing partial regression coefficient, analysis significance and influence order of each factor. The result indicated that when the combination was additive species CaO, CaO+Ba(OH)2 or CaO+Fe2O3+Na2CO3, the additive level 9g/100g coal powder, Dagu river sludge 30g/100g coal powder, the caloric value was maximum and reached 7945.919 kcal/kg. The best desulphurization efficiency and dechlorination effect was 37.4%, 52.5%, respectively, and the factor of waste plastic was not notable. When combination was additive species CaO+MgO, additive level 9g/100g coal powder, Dagu river sludge 30g/100g coal powder, waste plastic 4g/100g coal powder, the compressive strength was maximum and the value was 7.361 MPa. The best desulphurization efficiency and dechlorination effect was 30.9%, 76%, respectively.
