A Study on the Mechanism of Preventing and Combating Illegal Waste Shipments between China and EU

摘要：

The administration system of waste transboundary movement controlling in EU and China was reviewed and compared. By establishing an initiatory joint verification structure, the major risk sources of illegal waste shipments between China and EU were discussed. Suggestions to prevent and tackle illegal waste shipments and to implement the Basel Convention were put forward.
