Research on the Control-Management System of Destruction for High-Risk Hazardous Chemical Wastes Based on Factors
High-risk hazardous chemical wastes have the characteristics of poisonousness, flammability, explosivity, corrosiveness, etc. The management problems during the destruction process may not only lead to direct damages to human belongs, but also generate potential threats to the environment and society. Therefore, it is of great significance to conduct integrated management of the destruction process for high-risk hazardous chemical wastes. Through analyzing the factors of destruction, the essay proposes a model for the control of personnel, equipment, high-risk hazardous chemical wastes, etc. The design of the management system is based on automatic identification of the high-risk hazardous chemicals, the integrated control of the PLC equipment, and the management of the personnel. The solutions provided by this article have great implication for the future management of high-risk hazardous chemical wastes.
