Study on Leaching Experiments of Electrolysis Manganese Slag
The leachate of electrolysis manganese waste residues does severe harms to surrounding environment. A leaching column model was used to study the leaching process of Mn2+and NH3-H with the simulated acid rain. The investigation revealed that, after leaching for one years rainfall, the accumulated mobility quality of Mn2+and NH3-H increased with the rise of rainfall. For the release process of Mn2+or NH3-H, it can be divided into two stages of fast leaching and slow leaching. The greatest release density of manganese increased along with the increase of acid rains acidity, while that of NH3-H had no obvious relation with acid rains acidity. The leaching release model was W=aebv+cedv. Through the leaching release model, the pollution factors release total quantity could be got, according to the certain rainfall amount. It provided the theory basis for the manganese residues’ scientific management.
