Electron Emitting Features And Design Of Thermionic Electron Area Emission Sources

摘要：

In order to test the uniformity of fluorescence screen, it needs to develop an area source electron gun that emits high-energy uniform electrons. Uniform high-energy electrons bombard on the screen so to make it luminize. By checking the light spot image the uniformity of the screen is checked. There are no articles and reports available on the research of area source electron gun in the world.
