Studies on the Influencing Factors of Heater-cathode Assemblys Temperature

摘要：

For cathode, activation temperature can influence directly its character 1.Cathode is covered by ceramic frame and cathode temperature cannot be watched, so cathode temperature is determined by measuring heater current and heater voltage. Along with some type of TWT volume production, its heater voltage disperses badly at the same heater current when it is heated during the exhaust process and then cathode temperature is caused waving in the activated state. In order to searching the reasons of heater-cathode assemblys temperature waving, some elements are discussed from the consistency of supporting balloon, sintered batches of heater assembly and gap of heater-cathode assembly.
