Investigations of Magnetic Properties of Tb-doped Ni78Fe22 thin films

摘要：

In this research, we studied the magnetic properties of Ni78Fe22 thin films by low doping of Tb additives. The composition of the films was determined by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (EDS), and the structure of the films with different concentration of Tb was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD). The static magnetic properties were measured by Vibrating Sample magnetometer (VSM) and ex-situ ferromagnetic resonance (FMR).
