Analysis of Advantages of UV Technology Used in the Tinplate Packaging
This paper first researched on the common tinplate printing technology and UV technology, andthen compared the different energy desires of these two thermal curing ways, the cost of common ink tinplateprinting and UV ink tinplate printing were computed after that. On the basis of the collections and computationsof experiments data and results, it is concluded that UV tinplate printing technology has the characteristicsof low carbon, high-effect and energy conservation; finally this paper proved UV technology has the incomparableadvantages in tinplate packaging productions.
