Special Pallet Structure Design for Block Stacking
The logistics difficulties about pallet are encountered in China at present. And the resolving isthrough the second moving and recycling pallet artificially in enterprises. In order to improve logisticsefficiency and decrease workers labor intensity, a special pulled-back pallet is designed for block stacking.People can one through stove the cargo from the special pallet to truck or other container not by manpowerbut by fork-lift directly. It can solve the problem of the second moving efficiently. This paper introduced thedesign of the special pallet, and illustrated with the structure drawing, besides calculated the intensity of somemajor components. The special pallet will be applied in many enterprises.
