Study of Technology and Quality Analysis for Flexible Packed Cookies

There are many packing forms for cookies, such as paper packaging, carton packaging, andflexible packaging. Flexible packaging is one of the most important packaging forms. This article analyzedthe selection of material of flexible packed cookies and moisture permeability of them The crisp taste ofcookies asks for the moisture content, and it is in need of a credible moisture protection packaging. Throughanalysis for the moisture permeation principle and absorbent properties of cookies, according to theadsorption theory and the experience model which the curve model the research obtains domestic and foreign,the equilibrium moisture content experiment is designed for cookies to get the relationship between differentenvironment conditions and water content of cookies. Using matlab software, which can analyze theparameter and the precision of each model to fit the experimental data, and get the moisture adsorptionmodels of the Qingshi cookies, and plot the curves of equilibrium moisture content. Finally the models ofshelf-life of cookies in moisture-proof packaging are established, which can be used to predict theorymathematics model of self-life in moisture-proof packaging for cookies and account the self-life in realenvironment. Taking Qingshi cookies for example, compared traditional method to the model ofmoisture-proof packaging shelf-life,which is similar.
