The Analysis of Temperature & Humidity Change in Different Positions of Mold Incubation

Mold consists of a lot of interweaving mycelia. Under certain temperature and humidity, the mold can growout and reproduce mycelia of thread form, floss form or araneose form. Mold incubator, as a equipment that can providecertain temperature and humidity, plays very important role in mold incubation. The best humidity for mold incubationis 95%±5RH and the best temperature is 28 ±1.Experiment Purpose: to find out the best circumstance ℃℃ ance spot oftesting in the inner clapboards, so as to make the mold incubation realize the best result in the shortest time. ExperimentMethod: to set 6 testing spots on each floor of clapboards; to test 20 data on each spot; and to test data one time onevery 10 minutes. Conclusion by analysing the experimental data: the best circumstance spot for mold testing is spot 1,2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 on the first floor and spot 1, 2, 3 and 4 on the second floor.
