Simulation of Huangguan Pear Vibration Damage during Transportation

With economic development and improvement of living standards, the demand for the excellentquality fruits grows quickly, while production of fresh fruits is restricted by the region and season,transportation plays an important role. Vibration causes fruits mechanical and physical damage duringtransportation, and affects the fruits storage characteristics and sales. This paper selects Huangguan pear asthe research object, using frequency spectral density curve simulates the vibration damage of the Huangguanpears in cartons during the actual transportation. Through simulation results analyze the damage level underthe conditions of different packaging form and different situation and different stacking, Then analyze therelationship of the vibration damage and other factors. Finally the paper puts forward the Huangguan pearpackaging improvements.
