Matching method in teaching college public swimming experimental
Introduction: Swimming is the teaching course at college one of the elements, it is only in the water environment in the curriculum for physical education. It plays an important role in society. Methods: (1) Subjects: In this study, Hangzhou Normal University, China, sophomore 120. (2) Research Methods: Before the experiment 120 students were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, and all teaching hours will be scheduled 1 week 12-week study and examinations. Teaching in the experimental group, the implementation of the matching-Teaching -curricular and extra-curricular teaching practice, traditional teaching and modern teaching, classroom training with practical learning, water and land training exercises, the integration of students with different groups. But still the control group using traditional teaching methods of teaching swimming organizing teaching.
