A comparative study on tgt & jigsaw cooperative learning and traditional teaching in handball
Introduction: Cooperative learning is a kind of teaching model which flourished in America in early 19th century, and it is very effective in improving students studying performance, consciousness and skills of cooperation, and many other mental factors. In 1970s -1980s cooperative learning has been widely spread in A-merica. This research applied two strategies of cooperative learning model (Teams-Games-Tournament and Jigsaw methods) to handball teaching, in order to compare the effect of TGT & Jigsaw Cooperative Learning and Traditional Teaching in Handball on students study performance, teacher-student relationship and motivation to learn.
