Coaches professional qualities under the trend of the elite athletes individuated training
Introduction: In competitive sports, coaches play an important role in the training. Because of the influence of traditional thought and system, the elite athletes individuated training hasn t gained more attention in China. The aims of this study was to analyze coaches personalized professional quality structures, the impact factors of the professional quality of coaches, and the strategy of professional quality improvement under trend of the excellent athletes individuated training, in order to provide the reference to coaches training.
