China national amateur athletic federation and Chinese sports modernization development
Introduction: As an advanced organizational and highly collective social activity, sports need a set of complete organizations for its development and spreading. Lack of the organizational leadership, it will be hard to advance on. Therefore we must pay more attention to the study on the sports organization. China National Amateur Athletic Federation is one of the biggest sports organizations and has done a lot of great contributions acting as the bridge between the government and sports field inside, and as Chinese Olympic committee between China and the world outside. The analysis of its organization structure and administration is helpful to adjust the present civil sport organization to lead people participate the sports activity and carry out the national health programme.
