Introduction: This thesis mainly compares the in-depth reasons of the decline of Cu-ju game in ancient China and the emergence of football game in Britain. It aims to offer a research reference or some insightful i-deas to the similar traditional sports in Asia that once had brilliant past but either lost luster or became endangered.
