EMG analysis of muscle in breaststroke of different frequency and the strength training on land
Introduction: This study attempts to introduce electrographic technique to analyze the sEMG characteristic of breaststroke main muscles stroking fastest in the water, the main muscles sEMG difference in breast-stroke of three different frequencies, as well as the main muscles sEMG correlativity between breaststroke in the water and strength training on the land. This study could relatively accurately define the strength characteristic of breaststroke main muscles, the strength variance characteristic of main muscles in different frequencies, and the correlation of main muscles strength between breaststroke in the water and strength training on the land,so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving and rationalizing breaststroke strength training on the land,and increase the athletic ability of breaststroke.
