Introduction: As one kind of propitious cultural, as one of Olympic Games most typical vision marks, the function of the Olympic Games mascot figure highlights now in the society day by day, the Olympic Games mascot figure has already been interpolated the Olympics Charter-as the important intellectual property rights, has been sacred inviolable. Based on the Olympic Games mascot figure s research characteristics at present, waiting for a further thorough, systematically, comprehensive research; The predecessors research of the Olympic Games mascot figure are mainly about the Olympic Games mascot figure esthetics connoisseur-ship and the mascot figure design tactics, very few about the Olympic Games mascot figure value, moreover studies concentrate in the culture and the economical two aspects. There have nearly no studies on the Olympic Games mascot figure educational value.
