The development and production of traditional ethnic fitness dance
Introduction: The traditional folk fitness dance is not only a type of sport, but also an interesting, rhythmic, group-oriented activity. It is a more advanced sport that requires a higher level of artistic sense in order to grasp the rhythm and melody embodied in the dance. When the participants dance with beautiful and rhythmic music, they can not only exercise their body, but also obtain the experience of artistic performance when they entertain themselves, and therefore achieve the harmony and development in both mind and body. As a great form of exercise that is well accepted by the public, traditional fitness folk dance has received a great deal of attention for its function of health enhancement and cultural value.
