Analyzing the present study situation of sports law in China, USA and Japan

摘要：

Introduction: The research is based on gathering documents, by means of discussing the concept of subject taken as the foundation of logical exploratory analysis and then analyzing the current status of research on sports law in China, USA and Japan. The paper points out the problems of the current research on sports law in China and makes any suggestions for its development.
