Research of sports law of p. r. c on legislative purpose
Introduction: With the development of times, there are many articles which does not adapt the need of times development in the Sports Law of China. Early since the beginning of 2005, General Administration of Sport of China has clearly brought forward the task of revising the Sports Law. In 2006, basic work of revise-ment was started. Many theoretical researchers have made a lot of valuable study on the revising, however, when we make a general survey of present study result on this piont, less special work has been done from the view of the Legislative purpose of the Sports Law. But the explicitness is very important to define its value, understand its starting-point and the fundamental end, know its nature and render a foundation to relative sports law. Hoping to have a reference effect to the revisement of the Sports Law, legal study is made in our paper so as to lead to an overall and deep research on this topic.
