Management model and operating mechanism of composite coach team for outstanding sports team
Introduction: Under the new situation, the development of competitive sports is bound to be an effective integration of training, research, health care, education, management and other aspects. In 2005, Duan Shi-jie, deputy director proposed to build a composite coach team, and pointed out that building a composite national team coach is the only way to improve the whole level of the competitive sports in our country.
