Physical education reform-tentative plan about Introducing small group gymnastics into sports classroom in middle school
Introduction: The reform and development of physical education can not leave the subject which cultivates qualified talented persons for the society. When we ponder how to raise qualified talented persons for the society, the first thing is what content and what form can attract students to enter into the sports classroom. Through taking part in practice by themselves can not only strengthen their physique, but make progress, and obtain self-respect, self-love and self-confident experience as well. It can enable them to restrict, control their behavior and be good at communicating and cooperate with others according to the social norm criterion. Group gymnastics has positive effects on student s body health, mental health, social adjustment and moral health, so it should be proper content to introduce for sport class. In this paper, the imagination and thought of introduction of group gymnastics into middle school sports classroom, is designed to provide new ideas and theoretical references for Chinese physical education reform and development.
