Introduction: To focus on the main axis to construct Hainan international tourist island, promote Hainan and Guangdong regional economic and sports development in south China, and expand leisure sports and sports for all, our research is on a trinitarian integrative model to develop nationality sports, tourism and leisure, as a strategic plan for regional economic development to broaden cooperation of the 3, with great realistic significance.
