Effect of mitochondrial membrane permeability transition on caspase-3 and ultrastructure of myocardium in trained rats
Introduction: To observe the mitochondrial membrane permeability transition pore of rats, detect the expression of Caspase-3 and observe the changes in cardiac ultrastructure, in order to explore the relationship between mitochondrial membrane permeability transition pore and exercise-induced myocardial ischemia reperfu-sion injury.
